A chart you received
Tell us the song or file name, what looks wrong (missing kick, busy fill, wrong feel), and attach the PDF if you can. We’ll re-check it.
Upload or link problems
Include the file type or URL, roughly how long the track is, and any error you saw. Phone videos and private YouTube links are the usual culprits.
Pricing & turnaround
We’re still in the early free period. Ask anyway if you need a timeline for a longer track or a batch of songs.
